UK Delivery

All UK jewellery orders are sent using Royal Mail services.

Orders £175 and over

  • FREE UK delivery
  • Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Fully tracked, signed for and insured
  • Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch

Orders up to and including £174 - choose your delivery option:

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48 – Delivered 2–3 working days after dispatch)  £3.95
  • Signed Delivery (Tracked 48 – Signature required, delivered 2–3 working days after dispatch) £5.45
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Fully tracked, signed for and insured, delivered 1 working day after dispatch) £8.95

Each product page includes an estimated dispatch timeframe.

International Delivery

All international jewellery orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

  • International delivery: £19.95
  • Fully tracked with proof of delivery

Please note that this service offers more limited compensation cover than UK Special Delivery and may not fully insure higher-value items.

Fully insured courier delivery (e.g. DHL or FedEx) can be arranged on request.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or tariffs charged by their country. These are outside of our control.
