We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us.

If for any reason your jewellery isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn
• Returned in their original condition and packaging

This guarantee applies to all ready-to-wear pieces.
Bespoke, customised, engraved or resized items are non-refundable.

Free UK Returns

We offer free UK returns for your peace of mind.

To arrange a return, please email kate@katesmithjewellery.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with return instructions.

Once approved, items should be returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.

Exchanges & Ring Resizing

Rings can be returned for exchange or refund.

• Resizing within one finger size is free (within one month of purchase)
• Resizing beyond one size:
• £30 for non-stone set rings
• £40 for stone set rings

Important Information

• Items must not have been worn, altered or damaged
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
• Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• For international returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
